Processing Time
Because each item is personalized and handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is produced and ships, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Please note that shipping times begin after the production period is complete.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
