Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is handcrafted specifically for you with your custom details, making them unique to your order.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in creating and packaging your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a defect or error on our part, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

• Your item arrives damaged
• There is a production error or defect
• The personalization is incorrect due to our mistake

Important: You must notify us of any issues as soon as possible upon receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
